Over VND41 billion in assistance to flood-affected people

As of October 23rd, 413 rescue teams came to the central province of Ha Tinh where local residents suffered from serious flooding, bringing some VND41 billion to assist the affected people, said Nguyen Thi Mai Thuy, Vice Chairwoman of the provincial Fatherland Front.
Vietnam calls for law observance at sea, ocean

Vietnam calls on all countries to make constructive contributions in line with international law to maintaining peace, stability and the rule of law at sea and in the ocean, said Foreign Ministry spokesperson Le Hai Binh.
Rice exports see growth in big markets
