Bac Ninh joins hand to protect environment

The Bac Ninh provincial Communist Youth Union has held a short story contest themed “Bac Ninh Youth with Environmental Protection” in 2022. The contest attracted nearly 200 contestants from 10 units of district and city Youth Unions and affiliated Youth Unions.

In recent years, environmental protection work in Bac Ninh has been strengthened, the awareness of environmental protection has been gradually raised in all levels, sectors, organizations, businesses and communities, contributing to limiting the rate of pollution increase.
The results came from important contributions of all levels of the Youth Union in the whole province. Many good ways, new and creative models in environmental protection have been deployed to attract the participation of a large number of union members and young people.
At the contest, through the construction of scenes, contestants reflected on the reality, condemning the harm and consequences of acts of causing environmental pollution affecting the health of people, families and society as a whole; and considered how to handle situations encountered when detecting violations of the law on environmental protection, causing environmental pollution.
The contest has contributed to popularizing the law on environmental protection and related legal regulations on environmental protection, and mobilized youth union members and young people to participate in environmental protection./.
