The Coalition for Climate Entrepreneurship (CCE Hub) was launched at a ceremony organized in Hanoi on September 27.

At the event, the US Department of State, Vietnam's Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT), and VMO Holdings Technology Joint Stock Company signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on cooperation. The relevant parties agreed to work together to promote startup activities in the field of climate change.
CCE Hub, located at PTIT, is a dedicated innovation space designed to provide community space for founders and startups.
Ms. Dorothy McAuliffe, Special Envoy for Global Partnerships of the US Department of State, said: CCE HUB is a partnership between the public and private sectors to identify and gather entrepreneurs to focus on sustainable development. At the same time, it equips them with the necessary tools and resources to bring appropriate climate change solutions to market.
The hub's goal is to facilitate the creation of market-viable businesses that pioneer emerging sustainable solutions or innovate existing solutions in fields such as clean energy, sustainable agriculture, climate finance, climate resilience and adaptation, and recovery projects.
The main activities of CCE HUB in Vietnam include supporting entrepreneurs through the use of business resources, technology exploitation, thereby minimizing climate change and promoting economic growth through clean energy sources.
PTIT and VMO, the two CEE HUB management units in Vietnam, will act as a bridge for the business community and make practical contributions to the sustainable development of the environment, climate change and community benefits./.
