Hanoi leaders pay tribute to heroic martyrs

A delegation of leaders of the Hanoi Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, National Assembly Delegation, and Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi on July 27 offered incense and flowers to pay respects to the revolutionary veterans, heroes and martyrs at Mai Dich Cemetery, Nhon Martyr Cemetery and Ngoc Hoi Martyr Cemetery on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2022).

Secretary of the municipal Party Committee Dinh Tien Dung and the delegation members expressed deep gratitude to revolutionary predecessors, heroes and martyrs for their contributions and sacrifices for the independence and freedom of the nation.

The leaders of the city committed to continue the patriotic and heroic tradition of the nation, promote the spirit of solidarity, determination to further boost the development of the city.

The city leaders stressed their commitment to building and developing the capital for it to realize its role as the national political-administrative hub, a major center of economy, culture, education and training, science and technology and international integration.

On this occasion, the delegation also offered incense to commemorate the predecessors, revolutionary leaders, senior leaders of the Party and State, heroes and martyrs at the three Cemeteries./.
