Incense offering held to commemorate 81st anniversary of Uncle Ho's return home to lead Vietnamese revolution

On January 26, an incense and flower offering was held in Cao Bang Province to commemorate the 81st anniversary of Uncle Ho's return to the country to directly lead the Vietnamese revolution (January 28, 1941-January 28, 2022); and 92 years since the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2022).

The speech at the incense offering ceremony of the leaders of Cao Bang Province stated that, on January 28, 1941, the Party Committee and people of Cao Bang were honored and proud to welcome Uncle Ho on behalf of the whole country, after 30 years of finding a way to save the country, save the people, return to the Fatherland, and directly lead the Vietnamese revolution.

In Cao Bang, he presided over the 8th meeting of the Party Central Committee which gave strategic directions and orientations to lead the Vietnamese revolution to victory, achieving national independence and freedom, and happiness for the people. Since then, Cao Bang has become the "cradle" of the Vietnamese revolution.

Upholding the revolutionary homeland tradition, Cao Bang has made many achievements in Party building, boosted socio-economic development, and national defense and security, bringing Cao Bang fast and sustainable development.

In 2021, heavily affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, the local economic growth reached 3.33%, with the average per capita income of nearly VND38 million per year, an increase of 1.8% compared to 2020.

The fight against the COVID-19 pandemic has been carried out effectively. The task of fast and sustainable poverty reduction, step by step improving the people's material and spiritual life, was synchronously and effectively implemented. The locality is concentrating resources, aiming to remove temporary and dilapidated houses in 2023./.
