The delegation attending the 16th Congress of the Quang Binh Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union for the 2022-2027 term has held incense offerings at the Temple of Uncle Ho and heroic martyrs in Dong Hoi city and Ba Doc Martyrs’ Cemetery in Bo Trach district.

Upholding the traditions of the previous generations, over the past term, the Youth Union work and the youth movement in Quang Binh have made positive changes in many aspects, developing in both breadth and depth, continuing to achieve great and important results.
