Over 180 overseas Vietnamese golfers compete in Germany

The German Open Golf Tournament under the European Vietnamese Golf Association (EVGA) Tour Championship 2018 was organized at Schloss Wilkendorf Golf Club in Berlin suburb on June 5th.

More than 180 golfers from Russia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Poland, Czech, France, Nordic countries and Vietnamese golf clubs in Germany competed aggressively on two golf courses, Sandy Lyle and Westside of Schloss Wilkendorf Golf Club.

In the afternoon of the same day, the organizing board presented prizes and other valuable awards to golfers, including four round-trip tickets from Frankfurt to Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh city funded by Vietnam Airlines.

EVGA Tour Championship is an annual golf tournament system of overseas Vietnamese in Europe, including many tournaments hosted by countries.

This year, there are eight tournaments in eight countries of Slovakia, Hungary, Germany, France, Czech, Russia, United Kingdom and Bulgaria.

The German Open Golf Tournament is also an opportunity for overseas Vietnamese in Europe to exchange and strengthen friendships./.
