Northern town responds contest on Uncle Ho’s teachings

The northern province of Quang Ninh’s Dong Trieu town on March 21st encouraged cadres, teachers and pupils from secondary schools to respond to the contest “Youth study and follow President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style” at the website http://hocvalamtheobac.vn.

Launched by the Ministry of Education and Training, the contest aims to celebrate the 87
th founding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26
th), 128
th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19
th), and the 107
th year since Uncle Ho left Vietnam to seek a way for national liberation (June 5
th).
The contest, which includes 3 rounds, with the multiple-choice round lasting from March 20th to April 22nd, the writing round lasting from April 27th to May 10th, and the final round to be held on May 22nd, is expected to be reviewed and winners awarded in early June in Ho Chi Minh city.
Under the contest, participants will cover Uncle Ho’s teachings with the youth; lessons about President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style; the main contents in his testament; his ideology about Vietnam’s sea and islands; and professional morality based on Uncle Ho’s moral example./.
