The central province of Thanh Hoa has decided to earmark nearly VND1.7 billion to support experts sent to help Laos and Cambodia.

Accordingly, the assistance will be allocated to experts sent to help Laos and Cambodia, as well as descendents of those who have died.
In particular, nearly VND1.5 billion will be provided for 78 living individuals, while over VND200 million will be allocated to the families of 12 people no longer living.
The capital is taken from the central budget set for revolutionary contributors and resistance war participants./.
