After Ho moved to Hong Kong from Shanghai in 1949, he described Hong Kong
as a “fresh and interesting” space.
According to Ho, Hong Kong in the 1950s and 1960s
was a mix of Chinese traditional culture and the fresh culture of the West.
Ho’s photos show clearly the changes in Hong Kong over the past half century.
