Quang Ninh province plans press and publication development to 2020

(CPV) – The northern Quang Ninh provincial People’s Committee has promulgated Decision 2103/QĐ-UBND, approving a plan and expenditures for press and publication development in the province until 2020, and a vision to 2030.

The plan aims to ensure orientations for press and publication development; suit socio-economic development and the provincial possibilities; be suitable with the objectives of the provincial socio-economic development strategy and plan for press and publication development in the 2005-2010 period; inherit the results of projects on the press and publications in localities; and effectively use resources for development until 2030.

The plan will analyse the characteristics of nature, socio-economy, national security and defence in the province, that directly affects press and publication development; analyse the situation of press and publication, press and publication market; forecast elements affecting the press and publication development in the future; propose solutions to press and publication development in the province until 2020 and orientations until 2030./.
