Museum of the Cultures of Vietnam’s Ethnic Groups teaches about traditional cultures

The Museum of the Cultures of Vietnam’s Ethnic Groups is organizing activities to teach several types of traditional culture to tourists from August 27th to September 2nd.
The museum invited San Diu ethnic artisans from Dong Hy district, Thai Nguyen province, to introduce traditional foods and teach cadres and visitors several folk dances; and 60 artisans from eight folklore clubs of San Diu ethnic minority groups from Thai Nguyen, Bac Giang and Vinh Phuc northern provinces to perform their intangible cultural heritages in the evening of September 1st and 2nd.

Especially, on September 2nd, Hoa Sen folklore artistic club and Sao Truc club of Thai Nguyen city will organize performances of folk singing and traditional music instruments.
On this occasion, Central Highlands gongs will be performed and folk games will also be held./.
