Nearly 15,000 people visit President Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum on National Day

Every year, on National Day (September 2nd), Vietnamese people from nationwide gather at Ba Dinh historical square and visit President Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum. The visits express people's pride in the tradition and beloved Uncle Ho.

On the day, the management of President Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum welcomed 14,917 visitors, including 349 foreigners.

 

At 7a.m, people queued to visit the mausoleum. Several people were coming for the first time. Some had visited the mausoleum several times. However, they are glad and happy to enjoy the atmosphere of National Day at the significant historical site.


Not only people from the capital, but also many people from across the nation gathered here to pay tribute to Uncle Ho.

Many families took their children to the mausoleum.

A delegation of Vietnamese heroic mothers visited the mausoleum.
