Vietnam attends ASEM Cultural Festival in Indonesia

Representatives from the Vietnamese Embassy in Indonesia have attended the Asia - Europe Meeting (ASEM) Cultural Festival in Indonesia, together with those from 19 other diplomatic agencies of member nations of ASEM cooperation mechanism.

The event was held in Jakarta by the Indonesia Ministry of Foreign Affairs to enhance connection and cultural exchange, as well as promote the tourism potential of ASEM member countries.
Representative from Vietnam Embassy in Indonesia Nguyen Do Ngan Giang said the festival paved the way for the nation to popularize its land and people, and introduce several traditional foods as well as artistic performances.
There were also seminars and exhibitions to promote connection and exchange among ASEM countries./.
