Ao dai week launched in An Giang

The southern An Giang provincial Women’s Union has launched Ao dai week among female civil servants, laborers and students in response to “Ao dai - Vietnamese cultural heritage” program.

On this occasion, contests on “charming Ao dai” and “Ao dai through photos”, performances of Ao dai were also held.
At the meeting to mark the 110th anniversary of International Women’s Women, Chairwoman of An Giang provincial Women's Union Nguyen Thi Liem launched a special emulation "90 years of practical action for women and children" and presented a medal "For the Development of Vietnamese women" to provincial leaders who have made their great contributions to the advancement of women in recent years.
The Union also received VND1.221 billion of funding from units for supporting activities for poor women and children in the province./.
