A total of 300 photos on the beauty of Vietnam’s landscapes and people are on display at an exhibition which has opened in the central province of Binh Dinh.

The exhibition also introduces visitors to places selected as film locations for domestic and international movies, and features tourist attractions and cultural and historical sites in Binh Dinh province.
The exhibition is being held by the Vietnam Film Institute to help tourists destinations, products and services become more popular among travellers, thus contributing positively to the development of the tourism industry in many provinces and cities, such as Phu Yen, Ha Giang, Quang Ninh, and Quang Binh.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong emphasised that cinema has proven to be an effective channel to promote tourism.
Through cinema, Vietnamese traditional customs, festivals and cultural practices have been popularised to international viewers, motivating them to visit Vietnam, he added./.
