The conference was held online with 202 access points of district, city and affiliated party committees; provincial departments, unions, associations, and enterprises; Central agencies located in the province; communes, wards and towns, with the participation of more than 13,000 officials and party members.
Delegates listened to the implementation of the studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics and style in 2024 and 2025 on enhancing the spirit of responsibility, flexibility and creativity, and acting decisively to successfully achieve the goals set by the resolutions of the Party congresses at all levels.
The topic includes three parts, including President Ho Chi Minh's views and example on upholding the spirit of responsibility, flexibility, creativity and drastic action; Applying Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics and style of responsibility, innovation, creativity and drastic action in the Party's cadre work, and; The spirit of responsibility, flexibility, creativity and drastic actions of officials and party members from the beginning of the term until now, tasks and solutions in the coming time.
Participants were also provided information related to new documents and regulations of the Party Central Committee; directives and plans of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on implementing the central documents and regulations.
At the conference, Secretary of the Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee Hoang Duy Chinh asked party committees and organizations at all levels focus on effectively implementing Plan 229-KH/TU dated February 5, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral ideology and style in 2024 and 2025.
