Among the over 200 documents, images, and artifacts on display, many unique items reflect President Ho’s revolutionary activities in China during different periods.
The Ho Chi Minh Museum has coordinated with the Archive Department of the Party Central Committee’s Office to launch an exhibition titled “Ho Chi Minh’s Footprints in China”.
The exhibition is part of activities to commemorate the 100th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s first visit to China on his revolutionary journey (November 11, 1924 – 2024) and to mark the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and China (1950–2025).
In his opening speech, Director of the Ho Chi Minh Museum Vu Manh Ha emphasized that President Ho Chi Minh, the great leader of the Vietnamese people, was a close friend of the Chinese people.
The president dedicated his entire life to the cause of national liberation for Vietnam and tirelessly strived for global peace and progress. He also made significant contributions to strengthening the friendship between the two countries’ parties and peoples.
Throughout his revolutionary career, China was a place where he visited multiple times, lived for extended periods, and formed lasting friendships with the Chinese people. Many locations in China bear his mark, evoking strong emotions and becoming symbols of the enduring Vietnam-China friendship.
The exhibition will run through to the end of April 2025./.
