At the conference, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Toan Thang, former Director of the Institute of Culture and Development - Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, provided information related to Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, ethics and style regarding the responsibilities and tasks of cadres and party members in the revolutionary cause; The content of studying Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style on improving order, discipline, responsibility and efficiency in performing the responsibilities and tasks of officials and party members of Quoc Oai District associated with implementing Current Directive 24-CT/TU of the Hanoi Party Committee.

Speaking at the conference, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Quoc Oai District Party Committee, Chairman of Quoc Oai District People's Council Dam Cong Loi said the conference aims to raise awareness of  officials, party members  and civil servants throughout the district's political system on strengthening discipline and responsibility for handling work; hence, building a sense of responsibility of each collective and individual in carrying out tasks, contributing to the successful completion of planned targets set for each locality, agency and unit.

Immediately after the conference, the Standing Committee of Quoc Oai District Party Committee asked grassroots party committees to develop their plans in their units./.
