The first photography festival is held to popularise images of Vietnam and enhance international cooperation via photography. The contest attracted 1,567 entries by 98 professional and amateur photographers from 19 countries and territories.
The exhibition will run at the Library of Ninh Binh province until December 3 and also available on the Department of Arts, Photography and Exhibition website.
