Vietnamese books to be introduced in Malaysia

An array of Vietnamese books will be introduced at the Kuala Lumpur international book fair in Malaysia which will run from April 30 to June 1.

The schedule will see Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung represent the country to present a range of outstanding local publications to foreign visitors, reported VOV.
A number of Vietnamese books will be showcased at the Vietnamese booth, including the national geography of the Nguyen Dynasty (1820-1884) Hoang Viet Nhat Thong Du Dia Chi, which won the highest prize of Vietnam National Book Awards 2022; an art book written on bamboo paper Thien trong tung phut giay (Every-minute zen); and the Chinh phu ngam (Lament of the soldier's wife).
At the event, Dr. Hung will serve as a speaker at the ASEAN Copyright Conference. In addition, he will also participate in bilateral and multilateral exchanges, talks, and meetings, as well as helping the Rights Ambassador RA programme to promote Vietnamese books all over the world./.
