The activity aims to implement Plan 305-KH/TU on "surveying and receiving people's opinions to build an innovative, leading city, along with the whole country, for the whole country".
Accordingly, in order to have more channels to participate in surveying and receiving people's opinions, the city will organize two surveys to get public opinions on the results of implementing the resolution of the 10th Ho Chi Minh city Party Congress for the 2015 - 2020 term and expectations of the people in the city in the 2020 - 2025 term.
The collection of information is carried out in three forms, including: feedback form; in-depth interview; problem tree analysis. Apart from that, an online survey is also applied. Specifically, random feedback forms will be sent through social networks such as Facebook, Zalo or OTT (over the top) applications such as Viber, Imessage, Messenger or email.
The application of technology and collection of opinions of the people through social networks show the openness and listening spirit of the city leaders, as well as create convenient conditions for everyone to participate.
In addition, people can send their opinion to the Ho Chi Minh city Party Committee’s Commission for Popularisation and Education at No.127 Truong Dinh street, Ward 7, District 3, or email; vp.btgtu@tphcm.gov.vn. Individuals and groups, who have proposals and initiatives sent to the ctiy Party Committee’s Commission for Popularization and Education will be instructed to complete and prepare to meet the city leaders.
The leaders of the city desire to receive many ideas, that not only state situations and problems but also ideas suggesting practical and feasible solutions, initiatives and plans./.
