Ho Chi Minh City Red Cross Society spends over 390 million VND for Covid-19 prevention and control

To prevent Covid-19, the Ho Chi Minh City Red Cross Society has organized communication and presented 10,500 face masks and 1,000 bottles of dry wash hand liquid and 50 panels to prevent and control Covid19 to local red cross associations.

In addition, red cross associations at all levels have organized 330 communications, delivered nearly 940,000 leaflets; presented over 164,000 face masks, nearly 26,000 dry wash hand liquid and nearly 3,200 pieces of soap and 700 bottles of vitamin to people. In addition, disinfection and environmental sanitation are also organized in the region. At the same time, blood donation and Covid -19 prevention communication are also organized with total funding of more than 390 million VND.

On this occasion, the city also called on individuals and units to actively participate in blood donation to timely provide emergency and treatment./.
