Electric cars take throne at largest auto show in Vietnam

Vietnam Motor Show (VMS) 2022 is the largest auto show ever held in Vietnam, officially opened on October 26 with a series of first-class car models launched with the trend of electric cars taking the throne.

The five-day event is jointly held by the Vietnam Automobile Manufacturers’ Association (VAMA) and the Vehicles Importers Vietnam Association (VIVA). |

The showed attracted the participation of 14 renowned brands, namely Audi, Brabus, Honda, Jeep, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi Motors, Morgan, MG, RAM, Subaru, Toyota, Volkswagen and Volvo. |

The show covers a total space of up to 40,000m2, in which the indoor display area alone has reached nearly 20,000m2. |

One of the highlights of this year's VMS is the most advanced EQS electric luxury sedan with a travel range of up to 770 km according to European WLTP standards per charge. |

Lexus brings the electrified LF-Z. LF-Z Electrified is developed on the completely new electric platform e-TNGA combining electronic steering system, artificial intelligence. |

MG car company brought the MG Marvel R Electric. The car has 2 engine options, rear-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive. |
