Vietnam, China to explore tourism potential at Ban Gioc Waterfalls

Representatives from Vietnam and China met on April 7 and agreed to work together to explore tourism potential of Ban Gioc-Duc-Thien waterfalls in northern Cao Bang province to ensure sustainable development and environmental protection.
They decided to establish a cooperated mechanism to boost tourism and see it as a new model for carrying out joint projects in the future.
In the 2010-2012 period, they agreed to liaise more extensively on a number of aspects including information exchange, tourism promotion and human resources development.
