The two classrooms, situated at the Da Nang city’s center for AO victims and disadvantaged children, were built using capital from the Boomer’s Legacy Foundation and the crew of the HMCS Calgary ship and the MV Asteris commercial container ship of the Royal Canadian Navy, on HMCS Calgary ship’s visit to Da Nang city in September 2018.

Accordingly, the delegation supported VND89 million for upgrading the children’s daily life and study facilities.

Together with VND52 million from the center’s capital, diverse classrooms, rehabilitation rooms, vocational training rooms and healthcare rooms have been upgraded.

To Nam, President of the city Association of Victims of Agent Orange, said that so far the infrastructure is rather good for the children./.
