Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and his spouse will lead a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation to attend the G20 Summit and pay a visit to Japan from June 27th to July 1st.

The PM’s trip is made at the invitation of Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
The G20 Summit will be held in Japan’s Osaka city on June 28th-29th.
Vietnam and Japan established diplomatic ties on September 21st, 1973. Japan is currently Vietnam’s second largest foreign investor, third major partner in tourism, and fourth leading trade partner, while two-way trade values hit nearly USD40 billion in 2018./.
