Further strengthening relationship between localities of Vietnam and Russia

The Russian Federation’s localities are willing to further promote effective cooperation with Ho Chi Minh City and southern provinces and cities of Vietnam.

That is the assertion of Mr. Timur Sadykov, the new Consul General of the Russian Federation in Ho Chi Minh City, during a press conference on December 29 in Ho Chi Minh City.
According to Mr. Timur Sadykov, the Russian Federation identifies the relationships between localities of Russia and Vietnam as an important factor in the comprehensive strategic cooperation between the two countries.
The new Consul General of the Russian Federation in Ho Chi Minh City emphasized that the twinning partnership between Ho Chi Minh City and Saint Petersburg is a typical model for cooperative relationships between localities of the Russian Federation and Vietnam.
Mr. Timur Sadykov committed to do his best to contribute to connecting, consolidating and developing relationships between Russia’s localities and Ho Chi Minh City and the southern provinces of Vietnam; actively contributing to fostering a better and better strategic partnership between the Russian Federation and Vietnam, and bringing practical benefits to the peoples of the two countries./.
