Party official receives Japan's Order of the Rising Sun

On December 15, at the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam, Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam, Ito Naoki, on behalf of the Japanese government, presented the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star, to Mr. Hoang Binh Quan, former Member of the Party Central Committee and former Head of the External Relations Commission of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

In his remarks at the ceremony, Ambassador Ito Naoki acknowledged and highly appreciated Mr. Hoang Binh Quan's contributions in his various roles, particularly as the Head of the External Relations Commission and the First Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. These contributions have significantly advanced the development of Japan-Vietnam relations, especially in fostering high-level exchanges and laying the foundation for elevating bilateral ties to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership for peace and prosperity in Asia and the world.

He expressed his gratitude to the Japanese government for awarding him the prestigious Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star.

He also expressed his delight at the robust growth of Vietnam-Japan relations across various fields and conveyed his confidence that the bilateral relationship, now at a new height, will continue to flourish even more in the future.

He affirmed his commitment to continuing his efforts to enhance relations between the two countries in his capacity, including promoting cooperation and exchanges between the young entrepreneur organizations of Vietnam and Japan. He emphasized the importance of strengthening the social foundation for a sustainable, long-term, and mutually beneficial relationship between the two nations./.
