Panama diplomat's photos record time in Vietnam

An exhibition titled “Vietnam – Panama Moments” featuring photographs of Vietnam’s landscapes and people taken by Charge d’Affairs Xiomara Perez from the Panama Embassy, is on display at the Module, 83 Xuan Dieu street, Hanoi.
