Hanoi’s four most disadvantaged communes now have access to power from the Hanoi Corporation of Electricity, dramatically improving people’s lives.

Hanoi has invested nearly 100 billion VND for the construction and improvement of power systems in 13 mountainous communes.

In 2012, all electric lines in Yen Trung commune, Thach That district have been upgraded.

Power has allowed changes in production to improve average income, and support the upgrading or rebuilding of traffic infrastructure, cultural houses and medical clinics.

The power system helps raise the quality of education.

Power is used for rice milling.

The lighting system helps promote study in the commune, with more excellent pupils recognized in 2012.

The stable power system facilitates civic activities.

After the upgrade, power loss has been reduced from 35% to 10%.

Engineers and workers from the Hanoi Corporation of Electricity bring trust and light to the people.
