Vietnam’s borders – seas and islands: Holy, inviolable

A photo contest entitled “Vietnam’s borders – seas and islands” was launched nationwide from March 15 to July 31, drawing the participation of over 3,000 works. Nearly 180 of the most outstanding were chosen to be awarded.

The works are proof of great historic significance, which have great influence on the thoughts and affection of Vietnamese people living and working inside the country and those abroad.

They are also a source of encouragement for people, armed forces, border gate soldiers and the naval forces who are constructing and protecting the national integral territory and confirming that the sovereignty of Vietnam's borders, seas and islands is holy and inviolable.
