Hanoi elevated highway to open for traffic

(CPV) – On October 21, the elevated highway linking Mai Dich and the north of Linh Dam, stretching nearly 9 kilometres, will officially open to traffic.
The highway is part of the Belt Road No.3, a project which will play a significant role in dealing with traffic jams for the area within the city.

The project, with total investment capital of VND5.55 trillion financed by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the state budget, is expected to be complete in the first quarter of 2013 |
