National Circus Gala 2012 opens

The National Circus Gala 2012 hosted by the Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) Circus and financed by the HCMC Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism took place at the 23/9 Park from 19-21 October in HCMC.
Nearly 100 circus artists performed original, gravity-defying acrobatic feats at the National Circus Gala 2012 from October 19-21.
The event marked Vietnamese Women’s Day on October 20, attracting 30 artists from the Vietnam Circus Federation, Hanoi, Long An and the HCMC Circus Troupes, and the event is a prelude to the International Circus Festival 2012, which will take place in Hanoi in November.
