Northwest in the past

The Northwest of Vietnam is well-known for huge mountains, magic caves, streams and rough rivers. In addition, the unique features of ethnic minorities' culture have brought the Northwest an attraction which can not be found anywhere else.

Images of Sa Phin market-day, King Meo palace, getting drunk on top of the mountain, dogs "traveling" on the bike ... Nguyen Viet Dung would like to share some images of the northwest that were taken in 2007 at structures which no longer exist.

Now, one concrete yard and some sheet-metal roofs surrounding King Meo palace
are all that survive today
