On November 26, the youth union from the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) worked with the youth union from Tien Phong newspaper to present a “friendly library” to the Pa Tan communal primary school in Sin Ho district, the northern mountainous province of Lai Chau.

The delegation also gave 50 winter overcoats, 35 sets of mobile simcards, and 10 scholarships worth VND500,000 each to the school and poor pupils who have achieved excellent academic achievements.

The activity aims to respond to the upcoming 10th national youth congress, term 2012-2017. It was welcomed by art performances from the teachers and pupils in Pa Tan primary school.
