Martin Yan is enraptured by Vietnam’s dishes

Martin Yan has gone throughout Vietnam to study and learn how to cook special regional dishes, filming 26 episodes of show “Exploring Vietnam with Martin Yan”.

 to exchange with local cooks to learn how to simmer goat meat.
