Vietnam, Laos foster friendly traditional relationship

Beside the Vietnam-Laos special friendly relationship, Hoa Binh province also has
close relationship with Laos. Here, the General Secretary and President
of LPRP was solemnly and emotionally welcomed

Working with the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee, authorities and people,
Sayasone congratulated Hoa Binh on its comprehensive socio-economic
development achievements and expressed his wish that the province
will harvest greater successes in the future

The warm and friendly welcome of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee, authorities
and people for the Lao Party and State high-level delegation demonstrates
the strong attachment between the two countries

 Comrade Choummaly Sayasone visited officers and soldiers of
the Hoa Binh provincial military headquarters...

…and he extended his special thanks to the provincial Party Committee, authorities
and people for protecting and preserving a historic relic in Cham Mat, Hoa Binh town,
where the preparatory meeting for the 2nd Congress of the Lao People’s Party
(former name of LPRP) took place 40 years ago

 Inspecting an area specializing in fruit cultivation in Cao Phong district,
Mr. Choummaly Sayasone was pleased to see that the development potential
of agriculture and forestry in Hoa Binh has been sensible exploited, and noted
that it will provide valuable experience for Laos’ agricultural development

The friendship visit by the General Secretary of the LPRP and President of Laos
Choummaly Sayasone and his wife, along with the high level Lao representative
delegation, made a strong impression on the minds of Hoa Binh
youth and ethnic minorities
