Spring arrives on Song Tu Tay Island

Reporters from VNA had the chance to visit soldiers on duty on Song Tu Tay Island of Truong Sa Island district, Khanh Hoa province, and were fortunate to see with their own eyes the warm and happy atmosphere of welcoming the upcoming lunar new year of the snake (2013), among soldiers and people in the island.
On January 7, the boat numbered HQ 996 took the delegation of Naval Region 4 to Truong Sa Island district, Khanh Hoa province, and docked on Song Tu Tay Island, bringing goods and Tet gifts from the Ministry of National Defence, organizations, businesses and people across the country to present soldiers and people on the island.
