Among the inviolable sea and sky of the nation, hundreds of soldiers stand silently to commemorate the soldiers who will lie forever on the sea, after the fighting on March 14, 1988 on Gac Ma island.

On each vessel going through Gac Ma island, soldiers don’t forget to prepare a wreath to commemorate the soldiers who sacrificed themselves for the nation. During the trip transporting Tet gifts to Truong Sa island in the early January, Vessel HQ 561 stopped at the territorial waters among Co Lin – Gac Ma – Len Dao islands to perform rituals for the sacrificed soldiers. |
