Moc Chau, one of the most pristine beautiful plateaus in the northern mountainous region, is not only the land of greenery but also the paradise of fog, smog and cloud.
Located in Son La province, at a distance of 200 kilometers from Hanoi, Moc Chau Plateau is 1,050 meters above the sea level, with an area of about 80 kilometers in length and 25 kilometers in width.
Moc Chau has long been called Muong Moc, its ancient name that has the meaning of the mountain village of cloud and fog.
Following are some images of the beautiful Moc Chau plateau in the season of fog, taken by Quocdzung Pham, a member of “Nhung nguoi thich du lich” (people who like travelling) group.
