An exhibition including 140 photos, 21 quotes, 23 exhibits, 3 documents and 8 books has opened for display at the Exhibition House, 29 Hang Bai, Hanoi to mark 40 years since the signing of the Paris Peace Accords.

The exhibition depicts the difficult five-year struggle on the diplomatic front for the signing of the Paris Agreement on January 27, 1973 that ended war and restored peace in Vietnam. One of the more significant pieces was a notebook which contains signatures from more than 1,000 Cuban nationals in support of Vietnam's anti-US resistance war.

The exhibition aims to help visitors gain deeper insight into the war period under the clear-sighted leadership of late President Ho Chi Minh, as well as the support given by peace-loving countries.
