Coming to Song Tu Tay of the Truong Sa (Spratly) Archipelago of the central province of Khanh Hoa in early April, remarkable changes were clearly seen. With care from the Party, State, local authorities, and especially from people around the nation, recently, Song Tu Tay has been invested more comprehensively. Welfare constructions have been built everywhere, contributing to improving the spiritual and material lives of soldiers and people on the island, and encouraging the spirit of cadres, soldiers and people to protect the holy sea and island sovereignty of the nation.
