“Crescent moon” shines

On the afternoon of April 14th, in Hanoi, 10 candidates competed in a beauty contest entitled “The beauty of crescent moon 2013” for disabled women, being held for the first time.
Candidate Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh, 21 years old from the northern province of Hai Duong, a student of psychology at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Hanoi National University, won Miss Beauty.
Despite physical disabilities, they showed off their talents of reciting poems or singing songs, reflecting their aspirations for life, love and the rights to live and develop.
