2013 Summer volunteer youth campaign launched in Hanoi

(CPV) – On May 5th, the “2013 Summer Volunteer Youth Campaign” held by the Hanoi Municipal Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, with the participation of more than 3,000 students and young people in Hanoi, has kicked off at the Ly Thai To Statue.

This is the 15th year the Hanoi youth have held the campaign with a range
of activities to promote good urban living style and build new rural areas
during the period from June to August |

Leadership of Hanoi Municipal Youth Union granted a symbolic check
of VND1.3 billion from Hanoi youth to the Chairman of Thach That District
People’s Committee to donate for people in Phung Xa commune in
Thach That district to build a youth road |

The event includes some meaningful activities such as the signing ceremony
of activities between the Hanoi Municipal Youth Union and 4 units: Ministry of
Public Security’s Youth Union, Military’s Youth Section, Youth Unions
of the Central Agencies Block and the Central Business Block |
