Trains highlight Vietnam – Japan friendship

(CPV) – Thirty trains with the spirit of Vietnam – Japan friendship will travel the Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh City route from May 8 to September 23. This is part of the activities to promote the 2013 Vietnam – Japan friendship year.
 
 With the logo of the Vietnam – Japan friendship year, the trains connecting the north and the south carry the friendship and unity between the two countries.
 
 The images of lotus and sakura decorate the trains.
 
 Representatives from the two countries took photographs to mark the first of the trains departing from Hanoi railway station.
 
 Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam, Mr Yasuaki Tanizaki wished for luck
and safety of trains.
 
 The friendship trains hope to promote the significance of the journey
to people and tourists.
 
 It is the close friendship between Vietnam and Japan.
 
 Passengers are bridges for this friendship.
 
 The Vietnam – Japan friendship will follow trains along Vietnam…
 
 … so that domestic and foreign tourists know about an important point in the relationship between the two countries in 2013.
