Unique Ca Mau cape mangrove forest

Ca Mau Cape National Park was recognized as a Ramsar site by UNESCO in April 2010 with the total areas of 41,862 hectares with diversified fauna and flora.

Ca Mau Cape National Park has 93 species of birds, 26 species of animals, 43 species of amphibians, 133 species of aquatic products, including rare species.

Ca Mau cape mangrove forest has important functions of protecting against wind and erosion, improving climatic factors, reducing temperature fluctuations and regulating rainfall, reducing the speed of water circulation and increasing condensation in the atmosphere.
