Da Nang city sparkling at night

Da Nang city is known as the “city of light” as bridges, buildings and residential areas light up at the same time. The sparkling beauty of the city attracts many tourists.

 When viewed from any of the surrounding high points - Son Tra mountain, Hai Van pass or Ba Na peak, Da Nang city sparkles at night. 

 Seen from Son Tra mountain peak, newly-inaugurated steel bridge with the theme of the Ly dynasty dragon stretching its body to the sea appears imposingly. The “steel dragon” breathes fire and water at 9pm every weekend evening.

 

 Situated at Da Nang sea gate, Thuan Phuoc bridge, Vietnam’s longest suspension bridge, creates interesting curves. The lighting system of the bridge imitates sparkling fireworks in the night sky.

Bridge Tran Thi Ly with the shape of sail on Han river. The lighting system’s colours change according to seasons. In sunny seasons, the bridge’s lights are yellow, violet, blue and green, while in rainy seasons, they are yellow, orange, red and pink.

A high-rise building and residential area on the western Da Nang beach look out to the sea.

High buildings are constructed to multiply the beauty and vitality of Da Nang city.

Da Nang city’s southern urban area and two central districts of Hai Chau and Thanh Khe sparkle in the night.

The sea shore marks an even curve.

Highrise buildings dot the city, including the building of the city administrative centre.

 

 Lakes in the west of the city reflect the lights of the city.

 

 A major traffic point in the city

 

 Nguyen Van Linh boulevard links Da Nang airport with central areas and attractive tourism sites.

The traffic points at both sides of Rong (Dragon) bridge link the west and east sides of the coastal city.
