Visiting 210th Air Defence Artillery Brigade

In the anti-American resistance war, the 210th Air Defence Artillery Brigade shot down the 999th and 1,000th aircrafts of the American Empire in the northern sky on April 29, 1966.

The 210th Air Defence Artillery Brigade, Military Region 1, the successor of the 210th Air Defence Artillery Regiment, High Command of Air Defence and Air Forces. The brigade is responsible for protecting the Thai Nguyen Iron and Steel Zone and Viet Bac, the capital of northernmost Vietnam and fight against the enemy if necessary.

In 1967 the unit, along with Can Loc people, Ha Tinh and the young volunteers force, participated in the Dong Loc three ways crossroads campaign.

Proceeding in the indomitable tradition of their elders, the officers and soldiers of the 210th Air Defence Artillery Brigade are always utterly dedicated to exercise to be ready for combat and develop the resistance tradition of the unit.
