Everyday, Phuoc Tinh fishing port in Long Dien district, the southern province of Ba Ria – Vung Tau sees the largest amount of fish being brought back to the mainland of the southeastern region. Phuoc Tinh commune has over 1,200 boats and ships of different size, including 1,100 offshore fishing vesssels.

Each day, from 3am, a group of ships lands in the port to sell seafood, creating a bustling market. Here, fish are classified and transported to Ho Chi Minh City and surrounding provinces to be sold.
